Lay users can record haemophilia-related events and view personalised data trends and analyses that help them manage their condition. These personalised data trends and analyses can be used to support treatment decision-making by HCPs.The intended users are lay users (florio HAEMO App) and healthcare professionals (florio HAEMO Dashboard). florio HAEMO is not intended to be used by users with a disease other than haemophilia.

The information shown in florio HAEMO is not intended for diagnostic purposes and is not intended to replace your comprehensive medical training and you should exclusively rely on your own independent judgment in the diagnosis and treatment of your patient. florio HAEMO is a software intended to monitor treatment of haemophilia, a rare haematologic disorder, and its outcomes. Lay users can record haemophilia-related events and view personalised data trends and analyses that help them manage their condition. These personalised data trends and analyses can be used to support treatment decision-making by HCPs. The factor level % shown in florio HAEMO represents an estimate only and is no actual measurement. The estimated factor-level may not correspond to your patient’s actual, current factor-level. It is calculated and supplied by a third-party service (McMaster PopPK platform, McMaster University, Canada). florio HAEMO retrieves your patient’s factor level from the McMaster PopPK platform after each saved injection by the patient. florio HAEMO has no control over the estimate and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the estimate provided by the McMaster PopPK platform. The treatment plan details are also supplied via the McMaster PopPK platform as per your specification on the McMaster PopPK platform. It is important upon any change of treatment plan for a specific patient, you have to accordingly change specifications on the McMaster PopPK platform or disable the use of the App on the McMaster PopPK platform or the florio HAEMO Dashboard. Activity information is provided by third-party providers (HealthConnect and Apple HealthKit). florio HAEMO does not have control over data derived from such features and cannot guarantee the accuracy of such data. All provided features depend on your and your patient’s accurate input; and are used and managed under your and your patient’s responsibility only. Errors or imprecisions in the data shown in florio HAEMO dashboard cannot be excluded.
